The subscriber, by submitting this application, warrants that:

• S/HE is duly authorised to enter into a service contract with MicroTeck
• The information provided to MicroTeck is true and correct
• S/HE acknowledges entering into a service agreement with MicroTeck on MicroTeck's standard terms and conditions and that the subscriber agrees to be bound by the standard terms and conditions
• The subscriber will have no claims against MicroTeck arising from this application
• The subscriber acknowledges and agrees that MicroTeck or its authorised representative may conduct a credit search
• The Subscriber warrants that, in the event of him/her being under the age of 21 years of age, that he/she has been assisted by his/her legal guardian when entering into this contract.
• S/HE acknowledges that all the appropriate terms and conditions have been made available by MicroTeck and can be requested via email or fax from MicroTeck (sales at microteck.co.bw).
